You need to be energetic - but it will be well worth the effort travelling through the stunning scenery of the Oulanka National Park. Friendly huskies help by pulling the luggage sledges (pulkas) leaving you to snowshoe without a heavy rucksack. 8 days. 6th Feb, 27th Feb and 12th Mar. £995 per person.
Sweden. If you have cross-country skiing experience and you want to experience the trip of a lifetime then read on. This adventure travels through the amazing mountain passes of arctic Lapland. You need to be fit but the friendly huskies pull most of the luggage (and the odd skier!) leaving you free to ski alongside without a heavy pack. 11th to 18th Mar and 25th Mar to 1st Apr. £1095 plus flights.
