Financial Security for our Clients


In accordance with the Package Travel Regulations 1992   all client payments are held in trust until the satisfactory completion of their holiday. This system is very cost effective for small companies avoiding expensive bonds which the client ultimately pays for. You will also get a quick return on any payments made as the money is immediately available.
Due to the current uncertainty with banks the trust fund is distributed to a number of different banks with separate FSA licences. Funds are held in Client Accounts with the Standard Life Bank, Edinburgh, EH3 5PP, Royal Bank of Scotland, Edinburgh, EH12 9JN and Abbey National, London, NW1 3AN.
Any flights booked will only be through ATOL  registered companies. We are agents for Gold Medal (ATOL 2916), Travelpack (ATOL 2866), Brightways (ATOL 3054) and Travelbag (ATOL 2959) to name a few. We cannot book directly with airlines.
For further protection you can get additional cover with supplier failure insurance -  useful if you are booking flights directly with an airline or through us.
